A lot of relationships are undermined and deteriorate due to the fear of love. This fear comes in two forms, both of which will be laid out and discussed.
Form #1: Fear of the other
This fear occurs when a partner is afraid that their world will be changed by the significant other. It's where you are so afraid of change in your own world that you close off any avenue for someone to love you. Your lifestyle, your morals, your political views, your being is uncompromisable. Your expectations are so high for yourself that you fear others will destroy the fragile little world you've created.
You are afraid to let someone in...
Form #2: Fear of yourself
This fear occurs when you are too afraid of yourself to be in a relationship. You feel you will eventually sabotage everything good, so you end the relationship without even trying. You fear your own self and can't commit to a relationship. You fear your own mind and can't wrap your head around a relationship. You fear your own body and physically can't be in a relationship.
You are afraid to project love...
Never fear love. If it comes to you let it in, explore it to the fullest, and love yourself.
That's the Truth
